P.G.I. (Protected Geographical Indication), Lilantio Pedio

A wine made of the cosmopolitan moschofilero and the traditional roditis, which are biologically farmed in our vineyard.

Grapes are harvested when considered technologically mature, between the 15th and the 25th of September. The unpressurised aliquots of must are co-produced under supervised low temperatures leading to the production of this dry white wine characterized by a pleasant and sufficiently intense aroma and a fine, cool and full flavour, provided by the unique ecosystem of Lilantio.Alcoholic strength 12% vol., package 0,75 lt

It perfectly accompanies lemon-based dishes, such as turkey breast with lemon sauce, also seafood, such as barbecued salmon, spaghetti with lobster, crepes etc.

Drunk slightly chilled at 9 - 11°C.
