This wine is also the outcome of the unique wine ranges of agiorgitiko and syrah. Harvest takes place between the 1st and the 15th of September.
Grapes are then sunned for as much as it is required in full accordance with wine-production standards. Following that, the traditional method of red winemaking is applied. The outcome is impressive. A wine of a full carmine colour, with the prevalent aromas of red fruits and of a rich, slightly sweet and cool flavour. Alcoholic strength 12% vol., package 0,5 lt.
It perfectly accompanies sweet and sour dishes or dishes accompanied by intensely flavoured sauces, i.e. pork with plums, and numerous assortments of cheese. Surely, it is an excellent companion of fresh fruits and dry nuts.
Drunk slightly chilled at 9 - 11°C.
